Webra Piccolo Mk1 0.8cc 049 diesel engine, 1954 early model, nice condition
Webra Piccolo Mk1 0.8cc 049 diesel engine, 1954 early model, nice condition. A lovely early Webra 0.8cc 049 sized radial mount diesel engine, does not look or feel like it’s seen much action over the past 66 odd years! Turns over smoothly and good compression as a small diesel engine should have. Anodising looks ok, a little faded from time but no major scrapes or dings which is good. Will make a fine little runner. One for the collector of fine vintage diesel’s or use, a lovely 66 year old engine. A lovely example, not banged up or abused, has never been dismantled and no grip/plier markings thank goodness! This engine has not been cleaned to make it look better than it is, it’s in fine condition as is. Listing many more kits and vintage engine’s from 1947 through to the early 1960’s, some are brand new in their box unused. So please check out my other listings over the next two day’s. Early 1960s Premier 4×14 COB Brass Royal Ace Piccolo Snare Drum CLEAN. Super clean hard to find snare drum. A couple very minor things to mention but overall just a very clean and collectible example. Throw off appears to be missing one screw and one could be a replacement as the head is slightly different than the butt side screws. Does not affect functionality whatsoever. One small dimple in the shell above the butt end and a small scratch to the lower left of the badge (see pics). Heads could possibly be originalIm not sure what came on these originally but these look old but very lightly played. Some marks on bottom hoops from metal on metal contact from the basket holding the drum but beside these minor issues the drum is just gleaming clean and all original. Even the tension rod washers are all there. Felt on the muffler is in perfect condition. Amazing interior in general leading me to believe the heads hadent been changed before. A very collectible and hard to find drum in overall amazing condition and it sounds incredible. Here’s a NICE Elkhart Bach Stradivarius model 311 piccolo trumpet. This trumpet is in excellent condition. The 311 is a three valve piccolo trumpet made as a long straight herald style trumpet. Original lacquer is about 90% present and this horn looks really nice. This horn looks to have had very little play over the years, and will serve you well for decades to come. Antique Piccolo Oboe, Musette, Made by Carl Fischer Late 1800s Early 1900s
Really awesome antique instrument here. It is a piccolo oboe, or known as a French musette. Not sure what metal for the keys. All keys depress, open and close as should, except one gets stuck open and can be tapped back down easily. Has markings of instrument maker C. Fischer, which puts this instruments’ age at late 1800s to early 1900s. May need tuning and cleaning for use. Please ask any questions, thank-you. THIS IS A NICE VINTAGE WOOD PICCOLO THAT SAYS ARTLEY ON IT AND IT WAS MADE/DESIGNED BY ROY SEAMAN IN THE 70’S FOR THE ARTLEY COMPANY AND IS A PROFESSIONAL PICCOLO. IT COMES WITH 2 HEADJOINTS, 1 WOOD AND 1 SILVER. NICE WELL KEPT PICCOLO AND STILL LOOKS GOOD AND IT DOES PLAY WELL. AS IT IS, BUT YOU MAY WANT IT TO BE ADJUSTED TO YOUR DEMANDING SPECS, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THE MIX OF PAD CONDITION. THE KEYS ON THE PICCOLO ARE SILVER AND STILL LOOK NICE AND JUST SHOW A. SMALL AMOUNT OF WEAR FROM NORMAL CAREFUL USE. 5 OF THE PADS ARE FAIRLY NEW. A FEW ARE MODERATE WITH SEVERAL. THAT ARE DEFINATELY OLD. THIS WAS ADJUSTED RECENTLY AND THE PICCOLO DOES. PLAY PRETTY NICELY AS IT IS, BUT I CANNOT FIGURE WHY YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO JUST HAVE THE OLDEST PADS REPLACED JUST TO BE SURE IT IS IN TOP CONDITION FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL USE. THE CASE IS STILL NICE. THERE IS A TUNING ROD. AS YOU CAN SEE, THE ORIGINAL CASE ONLY HOLDS ONE HEAD JOINT AT A TIME. SO THERE IS A SECOND AFTER MARKET SOFT CASE THAT WILL HOLD BOTH HEADS AND WILL BE INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. NOTHING ELSE WITH THIS THAN WHAT IS MENTIONED.
