The YAMAHA YPC-32 is a C piccolo designed for student and advancing players. Known for Yamaha’s reliable craftsmanship, accurate intonation, and easy response, the YPC-32 has been widely used by musicians and school bands around the world. This model features the engraving “ESTABLISHED 1887 IN JAPAN 32″, a design used on YAMAHA instruments during this era. Vintage YAMAHA instruments with this engraving are appreciated for their careful construction and durability. Condition? This is a pre-owned instrument in excellent condition. The metal parts show very little discoloration. The pads appear to be in good condition; however, please check the detailed photos carefully for the actual condition. The instrument has been tested by an experienced piccolo player, who commented that it was easier to play than a school instrument. Sound production and key operation are functioning properly. As with many pre-owned instruments, additional adjustment or maintenance may be desired depending on the player’s preference. TAKEZAWA TPC-203 Grenadilla Wood Piccolo – Handmade in Japan. This is a vintage TAKEZAWA TPC-203 Piccolo, handmade in Japan. The TPC-203 features a Grenadilla wood body and finely crafted metal keywork. The body is clearly marked “TAKEZAWA TPC203 JAPAN”, and the headjoint features an ornate engraving marked. “HAND MADE TAKEZAWA JAPAN”. TAKEZAWA piccolos are relatively uncommon on the international secondhand market, making this an interesting instrument for piccolo players, woodwind enthusiasts, and collectors of vintage Japanese musical instruments. Model: TPC-203 / TPC203. Body Material: Grenadilla Wood. Keywork: Silver-plated (according to available reference information). This is a pre-owned vintage musical instrument.
