It’s in great condition, the case has a small broken piece on the inside but still holds the flute in place. Has all the pieces including the cleaning stick. May need to be cleaned more to make it look perfect.

This is a Gemeinhardt 2SP student concert flute, made in Elkhart, Indiana, USA. A very common and trusted model used in school band programs and by beginning to early-intermediate players. The flute is silver plated and features closed-hole keys, an offset G, and a C footjoint. It comes with the original hard case. Please note: the cleaning rod (eyelet rod) is not included. These are inexpensive and easy to replace, but it is missing and priced accordingly. Instrument Type: Concert Flute (C Flute). Level: Student / Early Intermediate. Key Style: Closed Hole (Plateau). G Key: Offset G. Made In: Elkhart, Indiana, USA. Silver-plated body and keys. Closed-hole keys (easy for beginners). Offset G for more comfortable hand position. Durable design used widely in school band programs. Original Gemeinhardt hard case included. Overall Condition: Very Good (for age). Light cosmetic wear and surface marks consistent with normal use. Keys, rods, and springs appear intact. Pads present but instrument has NOT been professionally play-tested. Cleaning rod is missing (not included). Piccolo Roy Seaman Handmade Pre Gemeinhardt
This piccolo serial number puts this instrumental as a “real deal” handmade pic. Made by Roy Seaman himself. This is the same model the piccolo you hear in movie soundtrack tracks like Star Wars was played on. Where the serial number is and the number itself was what I used in getting my info. I think the last pics out of Roy’s shop were around 5000. You can see by the pics this is lower. It is grenadilla wood. If it doesn’t have the Gemeinhardt logo, it likely is one of his!! It had/has a fabulous tone… Glorious low register and wonderful richness of tone!!

Gemeinhardt M3 Silver Headjoint Flute Open Hole C Foot with Case- Plays
Gemeinhardt M3 model with silver headjoint, open holes, c foot and inline G. It does play bottom to top, video available in photo section. It could use a service to bring it to top playing condition. I have been enjoying it as is for fun. The sterling silver headjoint gives it a nice tone. At the moment, you will find that some notes are not as strong as they could be and adjustments would be helpful. A tech may have other recommendations as well. Please zoom in on photos to see details of cosmetic condition and signs of use such as tarnish, scratches, dings, and discoloration. I describe them based on my experience playing them.
