Pearl PF-505 open hole flute. The Pearl PF-505 is one of the post popular student model flutes in the US and Japan, and is frequently recommended by teachers in top programs. The 505 features a durable alloy body with heavy silver plating, open hole keys, French Cups, and offset G. Excellent bright, lively sound and response, very easy to play and learn on. They have a great sparkle to their sound. This flute was lightly used. It shows only light surface wear and small nicks from minimal use, including some scratching on the lip plate. It looks excellent overall – cosmetically a 9/10. The flute has been completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, reassembled, adjusted, and checked over.
