Used Piccolo

Today for sale we have a nice used Gemeinhardt Model C piccolo that comes with a case. Its serial number is 1138. This vintage Gemeinhardt Model C piccolo is in used condition. It is not in playable condition right now as it needs a new set of pads and some other repairs that only a professional can do. There are places on the keys where the silver plating has worn off. There are signs of wear like light scratches on the body of the piccolo as well. There are no dents in the body. There is a small dent on the mouthpiece. The headjoint does fit to the body of the piccolo but it feels more loose than it should be. Also there is a little bit of pitting on the piccolo. The springs seem to be in an okay condition. Although, it seems to be missing one at the second hole from the top (for Bb). The case is in rough shape with the outer covering being worn off on the corners. Also the back spine of the case is a little loose. Please look at the pictures as well to see the condition and what is included. Although this Gemeinhardt Model C piccolo is not in playable condition it is a very nice collectible piece. I can’t tell exactly which model it is, but it seems to be an all silver plated piccolo. This is a great chance to get a great deal on a great vintage Gemeinhardt Model C piccolo. It would make a great piece to add to any musical instrument collector’s collection. It is probably one of the first piccolo’s to be manufactured by the Gemeinhardt company. Own a piece of music history with this piccolo.
