It’s used, and has some minor rim rust and pitting on the original mighty hoops. The throw off and butt plate are original, the snare wires look and work great. The REMO ambassador bottom snare side head is like new. This snare plays and sounds great. You can tune it way up for that piccolo crack. Or play it like it’s tuned now –.
