This fine baroque/classical piccolo in boxwood, opus 967 by Folkers & Powell, is a replica of an original in the Dayton C. Miller Collection at the Library of Congress, Washington D. And its twin in ebony in the Gemeentemuseum, Den Haag, The Netherlands. Both originals date from about 1798 in Dresden, Germany. More detail from the Folkers & Powell website.
