This particular piccolo has a Grenadilla wood head and body, silver plated keywork and it blows really well. The condition is superb throughout and has been recently fully serviced. The pads are used and we have replaced a couple but overall they have plenty of life so we have not needed to repad it. I do not know the exact age of the piccolo but it has obviously been cherished and regularly maintained. Silver-plated piccolo Djalma Julliot, made in 1938, good condition except pads

This piccolo has been made in Paris in 1938 (see inscription on head joint and on body). The serial number is 4339. The Djalma Julliot flutes and piccolos were made for semi-professionals and professionals. The pads of this piccolo must be renewed to put it in a playable condition. But I see no silver marks, so I’m not sure. There is some tarnish on the body. The case is the original one and is in a splendid condition for its age. This is a Blackburn Piccolo Trumpet Bell Section in Excellent Condition, brought to you by Brass Alliance. This bell section is in great shape with no dents and has been given a new 24K gold wash in the bell, wrapping around the bell wire for a rather unique and classy look! This may need brace modifications/adjustments for installation, but this would be a great replacement or huge upgrade for most short bell model piccolo trumpets, namely Schilke P7-4, Getzen Eterna, Yamaha YTR6810 or 6835, Bach Stradivarius, or Selmer Paris Model (maybe a stretch) to name a few.
