Factory original drum – except batter head. This model snare was the snare of choice of Tama artists back in the 80s & 90s. Make a reasonable offer or BIN immediately. This drum is also available on Reverb. If needed, more photos available there. I have fully scrutinized this drum and conservatively determined it is in very good used condition. This drum is NOT mint. But, as youll see, shes a beauty still. There are very lite micro-scratches on the lugs and Mighty Hoops. Integrity of the shell and edges are excellent. Brass shows some oxidation spots. Badge is clean. Original bottom head is clear, but well-used. It is frayed in spots along the edge – tape adhered to reinforce. Never noticed until I removed the rim to inspect. Barely used Evans HD Dry batter head installed. Original snare wires are good. One wire is missing – 19 strand. Strainer & tension rods are excellent. This is an exceptional used vintage drum with no real issues of concern. This is one stellar snare for the player, recording engineer or collector. The sound, of course, is extraordinary. Please examine all photos.
