This is a GREAT Piccolo mouthpiece by Monette. Monette 1-1 Piccolo Trumpet Mouthpieces: The largest piccolo mouthpiece Monette makes, these models have the exact same rim and cup as our B1-1, C1-1 and E1-1. Used by Charles Schlueter, principal trumpet of the Boston Symphony. Compares to a Bach 1A, the very round -1 rim with no inside bite causing it to feel much wider.
