All looks to be original LATE 60’s or Early 70’s Vintage Premier Piccolo Snare – Royal Ace or 2000 SERIES Flo-beam strainer with dual snares 14″ x 3″ & Early Premier Die-cast rims : see pics. Magnet won’t stick to the shell – so this should be Chrome on Brass Shell or aluminum? : see pics and let me know if you can id the shell…. Appears to have all original parts: See all pictures. Snare strainer is similar to a ROYAL ACE? Style Flo-beam Dual Strainer System – double 10 snare wires total 20 wires but one snare wire is broken off. & missing: SEE PICS. Actual dimensions are 14″ diameter X 3 1/4″ tall but this is typically called “14X4″: See pics. Original vin tage older DIE-CAST Premier rims brass? With 16 original slotted tension rods : see pics. No dents or damage but has some typical pitting on shell and chrome parts: See pics. Heads are not Premier, but REMO heads all in very good condition, g ently used condition: See pics. 16 Original Premier SLOTTED ROUNDED HEAD tension rods: see pics. Shell is 14″ X 3 1/4″ – Piccolo snare, either COB or COA, not a steel, not magnetic: see pics. PREMIER Badge serial #1003 – looks to be early 1970’s style badge (send a note if you know). The “Royal Ace style Flobeam” dual strainers with all “internal hardware working” amazingly smooth with dual snare wires. Adjustable throw(s) then the strainers throw off simultaneously: see pics. One of the wires on one set of Premier snare wires is broken off / missing. Some have suggested this is a Premier “Model 2011″ maybe a Model from the 2000 Series Snares – early 70s late 60s – Can you tell me more? This may not be a Royal Ace – not a wooden shell..
