Used Piccolo

Dbz CCG: Piccolo, the Defender (#UR18) (GKI Foil) CGS Ultra Rare (Signed by VA). Up for sale is a signed ultra rare card from the Dbz Ccg by Score Entertainment. The mean green himself, Piccolo. Signed by the talented voice actor Chris Sabat. I’ve had plenty of cards with this guy’s signature and figured I could part with this one, hopefully. I put it up a month ago and it’ll stay up for about 2 weeks before I take it down again, unless it sells. This card got two copies, one during the actual saga then he got the GKI foil treatment. It’s his level 5 personality level, up until the last few sagas of the GT CCG expansion.. Level 5 was top level or top dog. Your character was absolutely loved if they got anything past a level 4. Only two personalities through out Score’s reign got anything past Level 5, but that’s either here or there. It’s all a bit silly at this point, score entertainment is gone. We used to trade these in person or on an online trading forum with a bunch of like minded hobbyists/individuals – or Facebook groups but I didn’t really want my gram gram, or realistically my high school crush from years ago seeing me geek out over this stuff. C’mon we all know our Grandparents love us as we are. Online trading forums, now those were wild times, eagerly discussing strategies, awaiting the next saga or rule change, discussing deck ideas, dream cards, or helping new players up their game. That’s what I feel and see when I look at this card, those fun times past and present. It’s a win win for me. Also, let’s take a moment to appreciate how a card called the “defender” is beefing up their physical attacks. It’s been kept in its case since then, but recently (8/14/22) it was removed from the sleeve for a photo of back of the card artwork, there’s some curling at the bottom on the back as shown. Put right back in the sleeve and the hard case. Didn’t want to use a stock image of the card for authenticity’s sake. Any questions or offers, feel free to send them my way. This item comes from a smoke free home, I have a dog but this card has been tucked away in the hard case, in a DBGT tin, inside a storage container.
