1940 Haynes Sterling Silver Piccolo We are a brass instrument retail and repair shop in New York City called J. The serial number is 16389 which dates to 1940. The overall condition is very nice with no major damage. There is a tiny dent in the head joint however the lip plate in perfect. The pads are definitely old and worn and could use a repad.
