The areas with the most noticeable scraping are circled in yellow. Please see the photos. The carry bag is very clean. I used it for two years about 30 years ago, and it has been sleeping at my parents’ house since then. I have not wiped it down because I don’t want to apply too much force. I have confirmed that it can produce sounds in all scales. Please perform maintenance yourself. If that, please let us know within 30 days you got the item.
