Has been in storage for about 15 years. Bought it in early 2000’s. Has very minimal usage. Safe to say it needs to be tuned. Some light surface rust and pitting present. Both the snare and the stand need a good polishing.

This one is in good overall condition with typical surface wear from use. The pads appear to mostly be in good shape. It comes in the case with the rod as shown.
